South Beach Update after One Week

My weight 7 days ago = 425.3 lbs.
My weight today = 413.8 lbs.

Total weight loss = 11.5 lbs.

I don't feel any better, not sleeping all that well with CPAP and getting bad leg cramps every night.

Dieting sucks.

Dieting does suck, but consider it a lifestyle change and it is not so bad.

I went for a good weight loss diet and lost around 15lbs in a week time. It was really effective plan.

Sorry I haven't been reading your blog lately, but I commend you on your efforts. What you are doing is taking a step in the right direction.

Dieting is key for shedding the pounds, and it's not going to be fun. Don't rule out all carbs, they will give you energy on those days you feel sluggish.
