Way to go Mac. Sounds like you have really been sticking to the diet. Just to give you an idea of what I am eating (for lunch, right now), I have two sandwiches (multigrain butter crust bread, sliced pepperjack cheese, sliced smoked ham, and a little light mayo), two bananas, a can of almonds and a big cup of H2O.However, for breakfast this morning I had the "Old Timer's Breakfast" over at Cracker Barrel. Two scrambled eggs, grits, hashbrown casserole, turkey sausage and biscuits and gravy. I washed it down with some OJ.Hungry yet?

LOL... you know those 13.6 lbs. you lost? I think I gained 'em this morning after eating all that stuff.
